LP Gas Division Manager – Central Florida
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze profit and loss statements to drive financial performance and achieve business goals.
- Utilize sales experience to promote customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage a small fleet of vehicles, including maintaining DOT records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance, training, and direction to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business efficiencies and drive growth.
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with DOT and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee customer service interactions, including employee training, oversight, and management.
- Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and expectations to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians on all propane appliances.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and cross-train employees.
- 3-5 years of preferred management/leadership experience in Retail Operations with exposure to profit and loss management.
- Aptitude for utilizing business technology to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug test, and Homeland Security Background Check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 3-5 years of experience in the propane gas or gas distribution services industry preferred.
- Prior management or supervisory experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of tankless water heaters and fireplaces.
- Ability to effectively resolve employee and customer issues.
- Must obtain a Florida 601 & Master Qualifier license.
- Willing to relocate if necessary.
