We are looking for an experienced Bridge Superintendent to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and providing guidance and support to all employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of staff.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with TXDOT and internal safety regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
• Manage the erection and maintenance of TXDOT bridge class structures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
