```Job Summary```

We are seeking an experienced Electric Motor Winder to join our team. As an Electric Motor Winder, you will be responsible for repairing and rewinding electric motors. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

```Duties```

- Inspect and diagnose electric motors for faults and damage

- Disassemble and clean motors, removing old windings

- Rewind coils using appropriate wire size and insulation materials

- Test windings for proper resistance and insulation integrity

- Reassemble motors, ensuring all components are properly aligned

- Perform final testing to ensure motors are functioning correctly

- Document all repairs and maintain accurate records

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of electric motor repair techniques

- Proficiency in soldering and using hand tools

- Mechanical aptitude for disassembling and reassembling equipment
