OPERATIONS CLERK – CHARLESTON SERVICE CENTER (CHARLESTON, WV)

We are currently recruiting in our Charleston Service Center, Charleston, WV, for an Operations Clerk.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Enters timesheets into timekeeping system.
• Updates information in Company mapping system.
• Assists with customer collection activities.
• Updates customer information service records.
• Orders supplies, classifies invoices, and performs other clerical duties.

Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years related experience; an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college may be considered in lieu of experience.
• The ability to successfully deal with customers and work in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; data entry accuracy; and ability to analyze information.
• Proficiency with various computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Preferences:

• An Associate’s degree in related field.
