Electric and Gas Operations Superintendent jobs in Fargo, ND

LOCATION / PROJECT SCOPE:

Ellendale, ND 14-18 mo. duration starting in April 2024

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

Your primary task is to work under our Project Manager alongside with 2 other Superintendents to ensure teams meet project milestones by organizing, problem solving, communicating and executing. The experience you bring from your years performing this type of work on complex construction projects will make you an ideal candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• License Journeyman/Journeywoman card holder
• Current driver’s license with good driving record
• 5 years of Superintendent experience on complex projects
• Ability to organize project milestones and assign them in appropriate chunks
• Coordinate the schedules of Project Foremens and their team members
• Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness; keep the Project Manager informed of progress making recommendations for necessary modifications

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid work ethic, team player attitude, and problem solving ability
• Own & have ability to use personal hand tools
• Ability to work overhead
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and occasionally in inclement weather
• Ability to safety use and climb ladders

• Electrical Experience: 4 years (Preferred)
