Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the job site
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding project status and milestones
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Electrical construction estimating and project management and hold a Master license.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
