Job description
Apartment Complex located in Scotch Plains, NJ is looking for a Superintendent to live on-site (apartment is included as part of compensation) after a probationary period. Must be able to move into a 1 bedroom apartment. The position will include the responsibility for the care and comfort of the residents including, but not limited to, general interior and exterior maintenance, repairs in apartments and building common areas, and responding to service requests of the residents.
