Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies, to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure work is being performed in accordance with project specifications and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules and budgets in-line with project management and engineering teams.
- Develop and mentor junior staff members to build a high-performing construction team
- Provide regular progress reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and project stakeholders as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and resources to support construction activities.
Must Haves:- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on oil and gas projects.
- Proficient in PM software and Microsoft O365
