As a Junior Electrical Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior project managers to develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as electrical engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Assist in managing project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or deviations from the plan.
• Participate in project meetings, documenting minutes and action items for follow-up.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards and customer requirements.
• Support the procurement process by assisting in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to electrical project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and construction processes.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
