Job Description

About the role

We have several opportunities at our Stuttgart, Arkansas manufacturing facility for individuals with a passion for problem solving, manufacturing and leadership.  We have multiple supervisor roles open across the facility on all shifts in our production, distribution, and quality areas.  As a supervisor, you will lead a team of hourly associates to meet daily production goals without compromising safety or quality. 

What You’ll Do

• Demonstrate care and concern for your team while ensuring accountability.
• Provide direction, problem-solving and coaching on day-to-day operations of your assigned area.
• Analyze area performance and take necessary actions to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with established safety, quality, and lean policies/processes.
• Empower, develop, coach and cross-train your team.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Basic qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Leadership experience

Top candidates will also have:

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Experience leveraging lean and/or Six-Sigma tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• HVAC experience
• Experience in a large, 24/7 manufacturing operation.
