May be responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software. Being an Electrical Controls Engineer requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Electrical Controls Engineer relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. This position will work directly as a member of an advanced product development team, applying their expertise to deliver an integrated system that solves immediate customer challenges. They will at times work independently on pieces of systems, or with other engineering disciplines to ensure a cohesive system design. The candidate must be capable of a great deal of autonomy, leading the design and programming of industrial robots and systems through into production at customer sites. We expect our team members to take poorly or partially understood problems and develop pragmatic solutions quickly and independently.
