Summary: Responsible for providing I&E Engineering design and installation support for a portfolio of small capital projects and providing support to existing base operations. Will be working with the Facility Engineering design team(s) to deliver seamless small project construction work packages. Responsible for insuring instrumentation, control, and electrical system design, installation, commissioning and start up and ensure all is conducted in a safe and efficient manner. Develops instrumentation, control, and electrical discipline deliverables and where required, works with engineering contractors to ensure all vendor supplied equipment packages meet the applicable instrument, control, and electrical specifications. Participates and contributes to the appropriate safety reviews (HaxOps, HazAn, etc). Must have working knowledge on electrical systems, SCADA, instrumentation, control and communication systems, and installation practices. Requires a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
