Electrical Designer

Morrow-Meadows Corporation is accepting applications for an Electrical Designer to work in our very active and growing Engineering Department. The Electrical Designer will work in a team-oriented environment to develop electrical conceptual designs for various types of construction projects such as Healthcare, Industrial, Power Generation and Institutional.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of reading a one-line diagram
• Assist with branch circuiting
• Understand building lighting and power systems
• Understand building low voltage systems
• Interaction with other engineering firms, contractors and vendors
• Title 24 design and documentation
• Capable of performing photometric studies

Requirements:

• Technical degree
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with Word, Excel and Bluebeam
• Experience with AGI 32 and Elum tools or visual software a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of technical concepts of electrical engineering principles
