    U.S. Electrical Services, Inc is looking for a Lighting Designer Manager for its Southern region. 

    Tasks & Responsibilities:  

    • Produce accurate, efficient, and creative lighting plans within various systems. 
    • Execute lighting design plans ensuring consistency and quality of work both in design and deliverables.
    • Lead Lighting Designer teams.  
    • Utilize product knowledge and lighting design skill to collaborate with internal team. 
    • Be an available resource to customers seeking product knowledge and technical expertise
    • Meet/exceed lighting sales goals through lighting design efforts
    • Other duties as assigned by management. 

     Skills & Qualifications: 

    • Experience leading a team.
    • B.A or B.S. in Interior design, Lighting Design, or Architecture preferred and/or 5 years of project based lighting design experience.  
    • Experience must include creation of lighting plans, lighting schedules, and lighting specification packages
    • Excellent communication skills 
    • Strong analytical skills with a consistent focus on results measurement and fact-based decision making. 
    • Enthusiasm for building teams and businesses 
    • Innovative thinking with the ability to multi-task 
    • Proficient computer skills. 
    • Project management experience
    • Critical thinking, superior organization, planning skills, time management and prioritization with the ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a dynamic, multi-location team environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, possess the ability to clearly articulate design and technical information to clients and internal team members. 
    • Ability to achieve results both independently and through collaboration.
