EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BSEE with 0-5 years of related experience with the ability to complete tasking on time with minimal supervision. Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving to get past technical issues; communicate technical and non-technical topics clearly and professionally. Ability to learn and demonstrate understanding of complex technical topics. Proficient in Microsoft® Office Suite, ERP, Seimans, Omron,,PLC programming, Labview. Desired but not critical Auto CAD, Solid Works CAD experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as shop math, probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
