As an Electrical Engineer at REGENT, you will help with the design, analysis, fabrication, integration, and testing of various electrical and avionics components and systems. We are looking for someone who understands hardware implementation and integration of low-voltage avionics and power systems. Applicants should be also be familiar with standard electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems, etc.) so as to set up and perform testing and troubleshooting of both power and communication signals. Applicants familiar with thermal and mechanical engineering principles will be highly valued as many of the electrical systems will interface with mechanical counterparts such as actuation and propulsion systems.
This role requires general knowledge and experience of all manner of electrical systems involved in the flow of low voltage power and signals. Candidate should be familiar with a variety of components ranging from connectors, harnesses, dc-dc converters, avionics systems, and compute elements of a fly-by-wire system.
