We are currently seeking resumes from qualified Electrical Resident Construction Supervisors for large-scale solar photovoltaic power plants in Posey County, Indiana. These positions are responsible for supervising the EPC contractor’s electrical and mechanical work according to the client’s target for Project Budget-Schedule-Quality for the PV project.
The main tasks under the Construction Monitoring services are as follows:
These positions carry out daily interaction with EPC contractor’s superintendents, gathering and verifying field information form the EPC contractor regarding construction progress, adherence to engineering plans, and fulfilment of quality control requirements per EPC contract stipulations. The Electrical Resident Construction Supervisor will perform random inspections and evaluate the electrical and mechanical work performed by the contractor, mostly based on field control documentation produced by the EPC contractor. They will also address and resolve construction technical issues and are responsible for reviewing EPC’s contractor performance in this area.
Primary Job Duties:
This position will require general supervision and will have to use independent judgment within established guidelines. Generally uses the advanced knowledge to analyze, interpret, or make deductions from varying facts or circumstances. Will need the ability to establish rapport quickly with others working on the same project and be able to promote a positive team environment. Working knowledge of dealing with a diverse population while using tact, diplomacy, and respect.
