Job Description:
Oversee electrical engineering department that provides the electrical engineering resources to form multi-disciplined Electro, Mechanical, Design Quality and Software project development teams. Support the development of the latest medical devices within resuscitation and acute critical care. Partner with the Director of Electrical Engineering to coordinate task assignments of the electrical engineering staff. Partner with multiple project Directors and Managers of Software, Mechanical, and Design Quality groups to assess resource needs and recommend assignments. Provide technical mentoring. Assist in career development, coordinate training, track and administer time-off requests, and contribute to performance reviews. Conduct budget and expenditure planning and tracking, logistics support, vendor interaction, and departmental improvements. Position is fix based in Chelmsford, MA office; however, telecommuting is permitted one (1) day per week.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical, Software or Mechanical Engineering or a directly related field plus five (5) years of electrical engineering experience. Experience must include:

Will also accept a Bachelor’s degree plus seven (7) years of described experience in lieu of a Master’s degree plus five (5) years of experience.
