```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/ Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating with ability to bid as-build projects and project management. As an Electrical Estimator/ Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

```Duties```
- Estimate, coordinate and manage electrical projects, including new construction and renovations
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations

```Experience```
- Proven experience in electrical project management
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
