Description

The Administrative Assistant supports the organization's daily operations by ensuring clerical responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have recent clerical experience in construction or commercial services. 

Responsibilities

• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail and in-person
• Required to multi-task while providing quality administrative support to internal departments 
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, binding, emailing information, scanning and/or etcetera
• Contributes and accomplishes department specific related results including drafting business correspondence and proof reading documents
• Schedule appointments for field staff within department guidelines
• Additional duties will be assigned as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a professional clerical environment or completion of a two-year educational program
• Computer literacy requirements of Microsoft applications, web-based databases and communication utilizing a multi-phone line system, text message and email required
• Superior Electrical and Plumbing is a construction company providing customer service throughout the Hawaiian Islands and will only consider applicants within the area.
