As an Electrical Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating electrical projects within our organization. 2. Team Leadership:
- Supervise a team of electricians, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
3. Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and NEC guidelines.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

5. Problem Solving:
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and issues as they arise, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work schedules, expenditures, and materials used.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by project stakeholders, management, or regulatory authorities.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an electrician, with experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes/regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Valid electrical contractor's license and/or certification (where applicable).
