The role of the Electrical Utility is to be a great Nucor Teammate that is focused on achieving exceptional results in the areas of safety, cost, and reliability. The selected candidate will learn and develop the skills necessary to become a maintenance electrical technician and be responsible for the preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment, drives, automation and control systems, and power distribution systems. This role will coordinate with area departments, maintenance, and vendors to drive continuous improvement and reliability on these systems. This Teammate will support all maintenance activities in order to grow a skill set with the expectation of moving into an Electrical Shift position.
