Being an Electrical Utility Trouble Shooter may be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Electrical Utility Trouble Shooter relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A Utility is responsible for washing all dishes, cookware and related supplies through the course of the day and keeping them stocked in their proper location. Additionally, utilities assist in general cleaning responsibilities of both the front and back of house as directed as well as perform rubbish/waste removal and recycling
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
These are essential functions, and the percentages are estimates only.80% - Washing all dishes and re-stocking10 % - Remove dirty dishes from FOH and assist in FOH cleaning as needed.2.5% - Retrieve and return products to storage or loading facilities as needed2.5% - Maintain dish machine area, chemical levels, cleanliness, disposal clearing.2.5% - Rubbish removal2.5% - Insure proper separation of rubbish and recyclable items.
Maintain regular and prompt attendance in conformation with company standards and policies. Employees with irregular attendance may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Consistent time and attendance is essential to the successful operation of the department.Maintain a professional demeanor with co-workers and guests at all times. Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance at all times. Report to work in a clean and complete uniform.
