We are looking for someone with proven leadership capability and a MINIMUM 5 years experience in the following areas (residential & commercial):- Residential service experience
- Ride along with Apprentice trainee, passionate about coaching and teaching others the trade
- Price and write estimates, and close bids
- Communicate with customers and property managers
- Willing to work on-call schedule
