    Shift adders:

    Day- $0.50

    Night- $2.00

    Rotating- $2.50

    Please note that the following summary provides an overview of the P&G Dayton Fulfillment Center's expectations for technicians: 

    Operations Schedule: This site operates continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

    Scope of Work: This role requires to work in a warehousing environment, occasionally lifting boxes that weigh 50lbs. This role does not require you to have prior experience/training.  

    Work Schedule: Automation teams run on a slow rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Shifts are 12 hours. This requires working every other weekend, as well as holidays.

    Work Hours: Technicians are traditionally expected to work 12 hours per day, following a 2-2-3 slow bi-weekly rotation schedule. (Two weeks on day shift, and two weeks on night shift)

    Shift hours:

    Day shift: 6:00am-6:30pm

    Night shift: 6:00pm-6:30am

    Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate to any shift. Mandatory overtime may be required on weekends and/or holidays.

    Flexibility: Technicians may work rotating shifts. 

    Overtime: Overtime may be required on weekends and/or holidays.

    As a fulfillment center Equipment Owner at P&G, you will be responsible for providing technical mastery to resolve all related stops on state-of-the-art equipment. With on-the-job training, you will learn and familiarize self with core warehousing technologies and systems. You will be responsible resolving safely solving technical losses to improve the productivity of the equipment. The best Equipment Owners understand their equipment and pro-actively solve problems and improve base systems to ensure maximum efficiency.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education with relevant experience such as an interest in Manufacturing, Robotics or machinery.
    • Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
    • Willing to work rotating shifts and weekend shifts.

    Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour.

    • Experience problem solving with large equipment
    • Basic knowledge of warehousing safety behaviors
    • Experience working a 12-hr. rotating shift
    • Proficient in Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc...)
    • Strong communication skills
    • The ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment
    • Willingness to working in a fast-paced environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity and loud equipment
