WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm) *flexible scheduling

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE – High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of a 2-year relevant degree or experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and more in an Electromechanical Maintenance capacity.
While working as an Electromechanical Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electro-mechanical equipment, including pellet mills, conveyors, motors, and control systems, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and manufacturer specifications.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, diagnosing issues accurately and implementing effective solutions to minimize production disruptions.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of critical equipment, conducting inspections and assessments as necessary.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts utilized, and equipment condition, while also generating reports to track equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness and proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards in the workplace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements within the maintenance operations.
Qualifications:
Possess a strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment such as pellet mills, conveyors, and motors.
Proficient in electrical wiring, troubleshooting electrical circuits, and mechanical systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and effectively communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
Display flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities and operational demands, with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies as required.
Maintain a customer-centric approach to maintenance operations, striving to deliver high-quality service and support to internal stakeholders and external customers alike.
Prior education and/or experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and more in an Electromechanical Maintenance capacity.
