Electronic Data Interchange Manager oversees staff responsible for the design and development of EDI application interfaces and maps. Reporting to the Director of Talent management within BAE’s Electronic Systems (ES) sector, this role can be based out of any major Electronic Systems locations including: Nashua, NH, Manassas, VA, Wayne, NJ, Cedar Rapids, IA Huntsville, AL; Austin, TX; Fort Wayne, IN. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing our company’s early career leadership development program. This program aims to develop emerging leaders within our organization through structured training, rotations, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the overall strategy and curriculum for the early career leadership development program across the sector.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
Design and deliver the annual leadership development conference and mid-year conference for program participants.
Recommend mentorship best practice opportunities that pair early career professionals with experienced leaders within the organization.
Serve as a mentor and coach to functional LDP owners, providing guidance and support as they development their program.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the program through regular assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Identify opportunities for program improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
Manage program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners to enhance the program’s offerings.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development to ensure the program remains relevant and impactful.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in program management, preferably in the context of leadership development or talent management.
Strong understanding of leadership principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Experience with mentoring and coaching early career professionals.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
