Electronic Data Interchange Manager jobs in Troy, NY

Function: The primary function of the Salesforce Data Manager is to manage data integrity. This individual is responsible for managing all of the data entry of the inquiries and applications and complete audits of the data on a regular basis. Regularly the Salesforce Data Manager will be required to compile reports and disseminate across the institution.

Responsibilities:

I. Data entry/Integrity

• Data entry of prospects, inquiries and applicants, deposit processing, access and maintain admission processing email.
• Monitor duplicate entries using demand tools, manage and audit duplicate entries of applications/files within the data system(s).
• Audit and monitor duplicated applications in Colleague.
• Monitor transcript evaluation report and ensure all transfer evaluations have been sent to the Registrar, etc.
• Manage admission census after the start of every term.
• Monitor and audit data transfer of application information from Salesforce to Colleague via Boomi.

II. Reporting

• Complete audits on a weekly basis.
• Develop, run and communicate reports on an ongoing basis.

III. Mailings

• Manage and update all correspondence with prospective students including inquiry, applicant letters, acceptance letters, scholarship notification, enrollment acknowledgement, etc.
• Proofread correspondence and run labels.
• Manage graduate assistant tasks, providing training and support as needed.

IV. Inventory Management

• Keep track of inventory of letterhead, envelopes, student sage scholarship cases (if needed), and any other information needed for correspondence.
• Contact the Director of Marketing and Recruitment to obtain additional supplies.

V. Complete additional duties as assigned

The estimated wage is $21.00 per hour for 37.5 hours per week for 52 weeks.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary to accomplish the objectives of this position.
• Html experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail, ability to operate in a high-paced environment with a sense of urgency, strong organizational skills and strong communication skills are required.
• Associates degree required or at least 2 years of experience working with the Salesforce or TargetX Platforms.
