The ESS will support the needs of our membership by responding timely, with a strong attention to detail, to all digital member communications that come in through our electronic channels. This position will serve to meet the needs of all incoming digital interactions, such as live chat and digital messaging, as well as incoming calls regarding Online/Mobile banking, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and Debit/Credit Card Services. Occasional support will be given to the Member Contact Center call queue when needed and must communicate effectively with all internal departments.
