Electronic Data Interchange Specialist analyzes, designs, and develops specifications for enhancements and extensions with EDI application interfaces and maps. Ensures proper configuration and set-up of the EDI tools and systems that support file transfer between internal and external trading partners. Being an Electronic Data Interchange Specialist coordinates trading partner implementations and conducts EDI testing. Documents processes, data flow, file specifications, and mapping using standard formats. Additionally, Electronic Data Interchange Specialist may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Electronic Data Interchange Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. As Sr. Electronic Submission Specialist, at our Main Campus in Fort Worth, TX, you will be responsible for providing Submission Management and Publishing support for Global Regulatory Affairs for submissions to US, Canada, and EU. In this role, a typical day will include: Veeva Vault RIM Submission management & publishing. Processes payments in support of HA Submissions. Basic knowledge of medical device and pharma submission standards. Provides regulatory operations support for assigned projects. Works in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and supports multiple projects. Adheres to submission timelines and able to deliver high quality submissions. Ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements and adheres to internal policies and processes. Responds to regulatory requests from across the organization in a timely manner.
