Job Description
The contract would run from 9/11/2023 - 12/30/2023.
Training hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET and last approximately 3 weeks.
We are hiring 12 temps and will be assigning schedules between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm ET. Our scheduled paid time is 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday. There is also an additional 30 or 60 minutes added to your workday for an unpaid lunch break. All applicants need to be able to work until 8:00 pm ET.
During weeks with a holiday, we do allow you to work your full 40 hours (e.g. four, 10 hour days). The holidays during this assignment are November 23rd & December 25th.
You must have a high-speed Broadband internet connection 100/25 mbps and be connected with an ethernet cord. You CANNOT work wirelessly. All equipment will be provided.
This position is 100% work from home. Your environment during the day must be free from distraction and dedicated to work during your scheduled time. It is not a substitute for daycare and arrangements should still be made for younger children's care during your work hours.
Attendance is critical. You will be held to an attendance policy. We would prefer you do not take any time off during this assignment due to the seasonably high volumes.

Position Summary:
Answering a high volume of inbound calls (100 )
Assisting members with reporting activities tied to their incentive program and redeeming their points for gift cards within our proprietary portal. The member and their spouse are eligible for the incentive and often one call will be for both parties.
Accurately documenting all interactions per our workflow.
Current hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Highspeed Broadband connection is required. 100/25 mbps. Ethernet connection required; You CANNOT work using a WiFi connection!
Duties:
Agents will be assisting Medicare retiree members with reporting activities and redeeming their gift cards. You will utilize our portal and business system to document all calls. Contact with the members is 100% telephonic.
Call volume is high during this surge period and you will be taking back-to-back calls. It is a Medicare population, and all Medicare guidelines must be followed. We expect all agents to provide a professional and courteous member experience and demonstrate kindness in all interactions.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of RECENT experience in a call center environment.
Experience working with Medicare members is preferred but not required.
Solid foundation of basic computer skills including keyboarding. This includes working with Microsoft Office Suite of products. (Outlook, Teams)
Ability to learn in a virtual setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot as needed
Experience working in a high-volume call center environment (100 calls per day)
Education:
High School diploma or GED
