Electronic Data Interchange Specialist jobs in Queens Village, NY

The office manager will be responsible for handling data entry and book keeping office work for a couple of restaurants. The position will be at one location in an office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office
• Handle daily schedule reconciliation
• Ensure food cost and labor costs are within budget
• Enter vendor invoices
• Learn the reporting software to pull reports
• Coordinate with accountant on items
• Handle daily sales entry's and forecasts per store
• Ensure store managers are depositing the correct amount in the banks
• Cost controls per store
• Maintain and update office records and files
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Assist with budgeting and financial management

Experience:

- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office software. Ex: Microsoft office, Quickbooks
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred
