Position Summary : Data Entry Specialist

Location : Hampton, NH

This position requires access to controlled technology that is subject to US export controls. Qualified candidates must be a US Person (including US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.

S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or eligible to obtain required authorization(s) from the U.S. Government.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

We are seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate would want to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment and possess accurate typing and organization skills.

• Audit completed sales orders for errors / accuracy before submitting
• Data entry into the company's Material Requirements Planning software and its Customer Relationship Management software
• Support documented order process- gather product and engineering information from internal databases to execute customer orders
• Seek further information for orders that are considered incomplete / missing information
• Customer service pertaining to orders and related inquiries via email and phone communications
• Update order status on daily and weekly basis and maintain purchase order files
• Run monthly reports and generate new customer letters
• Assist Inside Sales group with ongoing projects

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or High School Diploma with related experience
• 2 years previous experience in a data entry role or related industry
• Data driven expert with auditing and or analysis experience
• High typing speed / accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in CRM software and Salesforce is preferred

SKILLS :

• Able to quickly and accurately type and enter data into multiple software systems
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs / tasks
• Organized with an attention to detail
