Electronic Data Interchange Specialist jobs in Santa Ana, CA

Position Summary: 

The Data Entry Specialist reports to the Court Manager to maximize resources for client retention, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence by efficiently and effectively managing processes and personnel. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide client communications regarding orders (i.e., fees, document research, status, etc.)
• Provide invoice review and clarification to clients. 
• Handle field agent calls or emails
• Take incoming calls and return all inquiries regarding orders
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and other inquiries
• Quality checking work by the couriers 

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service through multiple channels
• Investigating and resolving client complaints 
• Ability to work independently and autonomously

Schedule/Location:

• Full-Time - Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm
• In Office - Santa Ana, CA
• Pay: $17-20/hour
• Medical, Dental, and Vision
