Electronic Data Interchange Specialist jobs in York, PA

OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Bank’s electronic services function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing and monitoring ACH transactions; 
• Completing various duties related to ACH functions; 
• Providing support for the wire and debit card functions; 
• Maintaining the online banking administration site; 
• Monitoring new online banking customers and new bill pay customers for tracking and risk purposes; 
• Assisting in the maintenance of the online banking and business online banking admin platforms; entering, verifying and releasing wires through Fiserv WireXchange and providing notification of wire activity; 
• Applying incoming foreign wires received through ACBB channel. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED;
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; 
• Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills;
• Proficient PC skills, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills; 
• Strong aptitude regarding attention to detail; 
• Appropriate visual and auditory skills. 

Preferred:

• Post-secondary education with an emphasis in business and/or information technology and an ACH certification, or a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related position, preferred;
• A demonstrated understanding of electronic services operations;
• The ability to coach, mentor and train others in electronic services operational skills.
