Job DescriptionBecause of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Come build your career with BAE Systems.- Assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies, and modules by working from samples, visual aids, prints, wiring lists and diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate tooling and machinery.
- Performs electronic and mechanical assembly operations such as wire termination, installation of wire harness, cable assemblies, high value torqueing and extensive attention to detail.
- Collaboration with team members and engineering team to produce quality products.
- Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassembly by following work plans.
- Inspects result to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Needs to be able to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings.
Experience working with large complex builds.
Ability to become solder certified
Effective communication and team work
Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsIPC Specialist Certification
Hand Soldering Certification
• Computer literacy
• Experienced in electronic mechanical assembly
• Soldering Experience Per J-STD-001 and Mil. Standard IPC-A-610,
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Experience with Solumina, TipQA, command media
• Knowledge of soldering with wire, terminal, through hole PCB, and surface mount
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $39820 - $63690
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
