### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data , stay organized and schedule our technicians

### Duties:
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services
- Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve service and job planning.
- Utilize GPS (Global Positioning System) technology to track techs and provide real-time updates to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

### Requirements:
- Previous experience in dispatching or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus .
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
