Position Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Manager with a strong background in the security and camera industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing people, will have a diverse knowledge of security products, and strong decision making skills. This role requires the ability to make quick decisions and schedule changes effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Electronic Protection Systems, including overseeing warehouse activities, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Scheduling new jobs and service calls as they are approved by our Lafayette office based on technician availability, skillset, and proximity.
• Manage weekly banking tasks, handle incoming mail, maintain cleanliness in the office space, and other miscellaneous administrative duties.
• Document, schedule, and hold technicians accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of company fleet.
• Ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
• Occasionally deliver parts to job sites.
• Coordinate installation schedules and communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure high performance, productivity, and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop strategies, improve processes, and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in personnel management or team leadership roles.
• Must have 2-3 Years of industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software applicable to our industry.
