Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Electronic Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Electronic Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Electronic Imaging Materials, Inc. is a second-generation family business specializing in made-to-order solutions to help solve our customers' labeling challenges.  We are looking to hire our first HR Manager to support change management and people initiatives.

    Impact:

    As our HR Manager, you will both develop strategic ideas and execute on tactical projects for all areas of HR services.  This role will shape a culture of continuous improvement and engagement that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.  

     

    We seek a trusted advisor who is a thought leader for organizational development, people-related initiatives, and HR risk and mitigation. This role will report to the Director of Operations and have one direct report. This is a hybrid position in NH only, requiring 80% of work to be performed onsite.


    Essential Areas of Responsibility and Key Outcomes:

    • Partner with leadership team to identify and address critical business needs and achieve goals supporting our long-range business strategy, including overseeing people initiatives that support a thriving work culture.
    • As the team grows to 50 employees, ensure compliance with labor laws for all policies, procedures, tools, communications, and other initiatives.
    • Lead talent acquisition strategies that attract talent, ascertain a positive job-fit, ensure effective onboarding, support engagement and retention, and encourage growth via internal mobility.
    • Develop and facilitate people development programs that support employee advancement through talent reviews, performance management practices, learning and development opportunities, and succession planning.

     Other Areas of Responsibility:

    • Establish collaborative relationship with your direct report to develop and implement HR strategies and execute on tactical priorities.
    • Oversee and perform core HR services such as payroll, benefits, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and effectively resolve employee relations matters.
    • Manage as needed projects such as employee handbook updates, HRIS and other technology opportunities, organizational restructuring, and engagement initiatives.
    • Promote a continuous improvement mindset to implement new ideas while leveraging data and insights to identify trends and drive decisions.
    • Work cross functionally to implement and model EIM’s values and assist with implementing practices to support organizational culture.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of demonstrated HR experience, manufacturing plant experience preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business and/or related field, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other HR certification preferred.
    • Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
    • Demonstrated expertise in HR services including supervising people and programs, influencing effective resolution of complex problems, and leveraging HRIS tools and technology to improve efficiency.
    • Track records for using data to identify insights that drive action.
    • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain expected level of confidentiality.

     

    Position and Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Fulltime, exempt, hybrid position in which at least 80% of work week must be onsite.
    • This position travels locally two or more times a year.
    • Work schedule is generally Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
