Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Electronic Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Electronic Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning & Market Insights:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to sales objectives, aligned with our unique value propositions and company goals.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify regional trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, sales, business development) to ensure marketing initiatives seamlessly integrate with broader business objectives.

    Leadership & Performance:

    • Collaborate with a high-performing regional marketing team, contributing to and benefiting from mentorship, guidance, and ongoing coaching.
    • Build strong relationships with other marketing leaders across the region to share best practices and drive collective success.
    • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.

    Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

    • Help craft and execute data-driven, integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including:
    • Online: Paid advertising (PPC, social media), SEO, content marketing, email marketing
    • Offline: Community events, traditional media, print advertising, sponsorships
    • Collaborate within other regional contacts to ensure brand consistency and adherence to marketing guidelines and SOPs.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize results and maximize ROI.
    • Support brand transitions within the region (tuck-ins, co-branding, communication plans)

    Budget Management & Financial Acumen:

    • Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
    • Provide regular budget updates and reports to leadership, highlighting key achievements and expenditures.
    • Follow proper spend tracking and maintain accurate records within company budget systems.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing channel partners, local influencers, and industry media.
    • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support and amplify sales efforts.

    Metrics & Reporting:

    • Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Generate regular reports for leadership, summarizing campaign performance, ROI metrics, and actionable insights.
    • Adhere to corporate reporting standards and marketing operations protocols including weekly meetings as well as rollup reporting to company metrics.

    Compliance & Brand Stewardship:

    • Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, upholding brand guidelines and ethical marketing practices.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, safeguarding brand integrity.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the HVAC industry or a related home services or lead gen marketing environment.
    • Proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
    • Ability to work closely with a team in a fast pace and dynamic environment
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and identify strategic opportunities.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, content marketing, SEO) and traditional marketing tactics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Budget management expertise and a keen eye for maximizing ROI.
    • Passion for the Home Services industry and a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
    • Intermediate to expert ability in Photoshop, InDesign, PremierPro desired
