Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Electronic Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Position Description
The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for their organization or its clients. They oversee all aspects of the program, from brainstorming the vision to final approval of content, deliverables, and deployment of communications and media campaigns. They establish campaign and program objectives, ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines, and determine metrics to evaluate campaign performance. An in-depth knowledge of all phases of a marketing campaign along with an extensive knowledge about innovative marketing tactics and digital landscapes are the must-have skills for the ideal candidate. Reports to VP of Sales and Estimating/VP of Sales.
