Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Electronic Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Summary
The marketing manager is responsible for the conduct of all promotional activities for this small agritourism retail business. On location work is required. While supervising a small marketing team, the manager develops new business and promotes it to current customers. Must have at least 3 years of significant and practical experience with MS Office products and Adobe graphics programs. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, to include experience in digital marketing. Candidate must also have 2 years of supervisory experience. At least 2 years of general retail or hospitality experience is a plus. This is a full-time, year-round position with some weekend work required. Occasional off-site work may be required when necessary. This is not a remote position. Applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance or be moving to the area.
