Being an Elevator Inspector requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Elevator Inspector is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. We’re looking for a Equipment Inspector. The work location for this position is Bakersfield, California, and is considered a fully remote role.
The Opportunity:
The Field Inspector primary role will be to perform inspection for all heavy equipment and trucks. Core responsibilities will be to use the iInspector application to collect information and capture quality images for various equipment and inspection types. The position requires proficient equipment operator experience, comprehensive understanding of common and specialized equipment types, and the ability to professionally communicate with sales staff and external customers for effective inspection processing. Inspectors will have daily interaction with Inspection Liaisons & other regional inspectors to prioritize workflow in a team environment. Additional responsibilities involve acting as a lead onsite coordinator for large remote sales and acting as a mentor for junior-level inspectors.
