Elevator Inspector inspects, adjusts, and maintains installed freight and passenger elevators and escalators to meet specifications and safety codes. May recommend repairs. Being an Elevator Inspector requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Elevator Inspector is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.     What You’ll Do

    Looking for that position where no two days will ever be the same? This may be the one for you. We are seeking Mechanical Integrity Inspectors to join our growing team at HCG Associates. In this role, you will work on challenging safety and risk projects for a variety of industries and clients. You will be traveling onsite to perform facility Mechanical Integrity Inspections in association with EPA, OSHA, IIAR, and industry best practices. From there, you will be developing facility inspection reports, standard operating procedures, and presenting in-person study reports to clients. This is an excellent career opportunity to work with an expert team! 


    What You’ll Need

    • Ammonia Refrigeration and Facility Management experience is highly desirable.
    • A Technical Degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Experience with ammonia compliance regarding OSHA's Process Safety Management (PSM) standard (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA's Risk Management Planning Rule (40 CFR 68) desirable.
