Being an Elevator Inspector requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Elevator Inspector is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Seeking strong, driven and dependable team member to join established Accounting Team.
Accounting Associate will be responsible for Collections efforts, tracking lien deadlines and generating weekly Collections Report updates.
Daily communication with Customers via phone and e-mail
Support Accounting Department with special projects as assigned.
Candidate will be cross-trained in other duties to serve as back-up and assist/collaborate with other Departments as needed.
Required skills:
· Quickbooks experience (1 year minimum)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook platforms
· Extremely detail-oriented
· A dependable, punctual and driven individual will be very successful in this Company
· Possess good analytical skills and ability to multi-task
· Excellent verbal and written skills a must
