Additionally, Elevator Inspector is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Coop has an opening for a Team Lead at the Elkton Terminal Grain Plant. We are looking for a qualified individual with strong leadership, customer service and organizational skills. This person will work closely with the Plant Manager to manage plant activities and product. This person will assist with the grain plant, specialty wheat plant and uptown Elkton, as well as helping with the office/scale and plant safety. Prior supervisory experience and strong computer skills required. A CDL with proper endorsements helpful.
High School or GED with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the grain industry or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience with grading and processing tolerances of commodities; certifications as required by law; valid driver’s license required and CDL with the proper endorsements.
