Bratslavsky Consulting Engineers, Inc., an engineering & construction management company, is currently looking to hiring a full-time Construction Inspector (CI) to provide construction inspection services for a design build project to construct a Child Development Center in Petaluma, California. The construction project includes site development, permitting, construction and outfitting of a single-story structure with outside fenced activity area and all required utilities. It will also incorporate an adjacent playground.
The Construction Inspector will be responsible for the following:
Place of Performance: Petaluma, California
Period of Performance: Approximately June 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.

Minimum Requirements:
High school level education, 7 years of construction experience in management, QA/QC, superintendent, or safety where daily and weekly reports are required. Basic computer and software skills are required.

3 years of experience in construction field with 4-year college degree in Engineering, PE, PMP, or QA/QC certifications that are less than 10 years old
--ALSO--
Experience with facility and building systems (building envelope, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural, etc.) as well as managing all building trades, subcontracts and construction safety.
