Being an Elevator Inspector requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Elevator Inspector is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Home Wellness Sales Inspector to inspect building structures (residential and commercial) and their surrounding environments for wood destroying organisms that may be causing damage to the wood structure of the building.
The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity.
Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.
What You’ll Do
Physically inspecting a variety of commercial and residential structures to determine the presence of pests, fungi (dry-rot), termites, and other wood destroying organisms;
calculating the severity of infestations and the degree of structural damage.
