CORE Foodservice has a Director, Divisional Sales Operations opportunity in our West Division! 

Qualified candidates can be located in any of the following states: California, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Oregon

Position Purpose

The Director, Divisional Sales Operations is responsible for providing in-depth data analysis to Market Director(s) and provide market summary for quick reference of assigned clients.  Assist with coaching new team members to ensure progression to meet market/team member goals are aligned and quicker positive ROI. Provide one-on-one reviews for new team members to shorten the onboarding timeline and assist in coaching up to success faster. Client promotional analysis and strategy for team members and overall market(s).  

What are WE looking for?

• Requires analytical capabilities and strong computer skills (Excel, PBI, CIRI)
  
• Ability to translate industry trends and insights into tangible sales
• Travel: 25%
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reside in California, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Oregon
• Valid & Clean Driver's License spanning at least 5 years

• A bachelor’s degree or significant Foodservice sales/sales leadership experience is required
