Email/Notes Group Director jobs in Costa Mesa, CA

As one of the National Directors of Group Fitness your roll will be to oversee and manage one of two divisions within the group fitness department. Each position will focus on providing the highest quality program with the top talented instructors. The goal for these positions will be to increase class attendance, expand group fitness in assigned division, build member retention for classes, and bring forward new & exciting classes and concepts.

Qualifications:

· Experience with managing multi-unit health club locations a must.

· 3 years experience in group fitness, teaching classes, managing instructors and forming class schedules.

· Hold a current National Group Fitness certification.

· Must be extremely organized, possess the ability to prioritize workload, self-motivated and energetic.

· Excellent motivational and interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong conflict resolution skills.

· Willing to do some travel to multiple locations.
